I know it sounds like alot to start with mate but once you get into it it really isnt too hard counting calories, protein, fats etc. Juts get used to reading the back of your labels before you eat. After a week or 2 of doing this youll have an idea on how many calories, protein etc a meal has without even looking.
Your body is very complex but adding and losing fat is simple. If you eat more caloires than you need, your body will store the extra calories as fat. So you will get fat. If you eat the right ammount of calories your body needs you will stay the same. If you eat less calories than your body requires then your body will burn fat and protein ( your muscles ) to create the extra calories it needs. So working out how many calories you are puitting in your body is vital for fat loss really.
No idea on the soya protein but imo just look at the ammount of calroies and protein in it and choose based on that . |
