Hope for a triple on 200 soon., but back to some easy 5*5 work for the meantime. Concentrate on deads for abit.
In all honesty - they weren't up to much.

Lots of basic errors that need correcting from a technical point of view. Try and get over to Lee Marshall's gym for some pointers.
