My full routine: Food, gear, training, etc.

Please bare with me if this gets long, your feedback whether positive or negative is greatly appreciated. I'll try to give you my full detailed resume for you to work with. Let me know if it's hard to read and needs revising.

Measurables:

Height: 5'11.5" Weight: 195-199ish

Previous cycles: Only one, 250mg/wk Test E for 8wks. Did proper CT and PCT arimidex and Nolva. Gained about 20lbs (not all lean, but a good bit) and good strength. So far, I've managed to keep on the majority if not all the weight by maintaining a good diet and working out even harder than I did on cycle.

New Cycle Info:


Diet:

-Protein*: 250-300g ED
Carbs*: 200g on workout days, 250 on non workout days
Calories*: 3500ish kcal ED
Fat*: 50g ED
*Will change as weight changes

-Minimum 6 meals/day.
-Early morning - Whey protein first thing.
-Breakfast - 3 whole eggs and 1/4 cup egg whites scrambled with milk and cheese, rotating carbs**, fruit, water, OJ
-Lunch - Rotating meat***, loaded salad (broccoli, cheese, spinach, etc), nuts, raisins, carb
-Pre Workout - Whey protein, glutamine
-Post Workout - Whey protein, creatine, glutamine, baked potato with cheese
-Dinner - Girlfriend will be doing most of the dinner planning with portioned meat, veggies, and grains.
-Bedtime - Casein protein
-Snacks will include nuts, raisins, crackers w/ pnut butter or cottage cheese, healthy baked chips, protein bars, pb&j sandwiches, turkey and chicken sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, etc.
-I might add creatine in the mornings.
**Carbs=Mostly lots of oatmeal with honey and cinnamon, salt free grits, and cereal.
***Rotating meat=steak, chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon and sardines. Mostly the first two.

Supps:

With breakfast: Lysine, fish oil, arginine, glucosomine, ginkgo, ginseng, Vit B12, Vit B complex, Vit E, Milk Thistle

With Lunch: Lysine, ginseng, ginkgo, glucosomine, flax oil, green tea extract, Vit C, arginine

Post workout: Arginine

Training:

-10min cardio warmup before each workout.
-Will be going in with an idea of what I want to do, but will mostly wing alot of the workout to prevent my body from adapting.

My base:
-Sunday: Chest, forarms
-Monday: Lower body, abs
-Tuesday: Biceps, Shoulders
-Wed: Mainly rest, abs
-Thursday: Triceps, back
-Friday: Lower Body, abs
-Saturday: Rest

-I may change up some things if I don't feel I'm getting the most out of my workout, maybe throw in some full body days, or full arms one day, chest/back another, etc.

Cardio:

-Going to try and jog first thing in the morning ED.
-10 min warmup before workouts.
-About 45-60mins after workout. (I've heard this burns fat the best)
-Might either kill the morning or postworkout cardio if I feel it's interfering with my gains or may increase calories.

Gear:

Weeks 1-8: Omnadren 250mg x 2 =500mg/wk
Weeks 1-4: D-Bol 30mg ED = 15mg morning, 15mg afternoon=210mg/wk
Weeks 9-11: same (maybe)
Weeks 7-11: Winn 50mg ED

CT & PCT:

Weeks 1-11: Arimidex 0.5mg EOD (ED for first 3 or 4 days)
Week 1: 100 IU HCG on 4th day
Weeks 2-10 250 IU HCG E4D
Week 12: 40mg Nolvadex and 100mg Clomid
Week 13: 30mg Nolvadex and 100mg Clomid
Week 14: 20mg Nolvadex and 50mg Clomid
Week 15: 10mg Nolvadex and 50mg Clomid

Week 16: Done.

How's everything look?

Biggest question is after being on dbol for 4 weeks then off 4 weeks is it ok do hit it again for 3 weeks at the end of the cycle with Winn? Other potential question marks are around the cardio, the morning creatine and the HCG.
