| Re: advice on my routine please Thanx fot your advice BIG, i think my diet needs amending, i spoke to the guy at my gym n hes helpd me put a diet together that im happy with which if i train right i shoud pack on the mass, ive been scouring the net and what works best for me and ive put this routine together that im going to try Workout A OHP 5X5 SQUATS 5X5 ROWS 5X5 CALF RAISE 5X5 Workout B Bench Press 5x5 Deadlifts 5X5 Weighted Chins 5x5 Weighted crunches 12x3 Mon - Workout A Wed - Workout B Fri - Workout A Mon - Workout B Wed - Repeat if anyone has any other suggestions or ideas to improve my routine please post them, as theyl be really appreciated thanx |
