Re: Shoulder Press...

If i had weak shoulders I would do somthing like this...

Clean and press; this way you have to rack the bar across your shoulders before the press. its a very hard arobic exersise as well.

Then I would do hang cleans; again working the shoulders from unusual angle. Its also nice for upper back.

I would finish on front rases with a barbell.

If you have the equipement then I would subsitute the barbell for a log. its much better for developing allround strenght in the shoulder in the clean and press.

Any press technique if i didnt have a log I would idealy have a 2"-3" thick bar and use that instead of the standard barbell this is good for grip and makes the bar impossible to overgrip (a big problem with standard size barbell).

Sandbag/punch bag/barrell/anvil/stone pressing to finish off is a great way to train the interconecting muscles of the shoulders and back.

Isometrics is a good way to compete the session, It requires no special equipment and is good for developing strenght in the body. Its also very fast as you only hold the postion for 10 seconds per exersise.
