Hi all
I'm 38 and as my user name states that's my knowledge on BB I have "played" with weights at a gym after stopping Thai boxing and Scuba diving ( due to my wife`s illness of rheumatoid arthritis I was out way to much and with 2 small kids at the time the family needed me )
I have been browsing the forums for a while and found the CNP forum full of advice and also fun , I have been currently following the 4 day routine on there juggling the days around my shift work and last year met my goals content. I stumbled on to this site for the first time today and found it full of well mind blowing info
Also my son is showing a interest in weights and I want him to have the correct grounding from the start which I cant give him but the new gym I have joined can
Now I aim to up the ante and have set my goals higher targeting specific areas and also exercises ( my week points ) by doing a few simple things :-
1) use all your knowledge bleed you dry
2) left my current gym end of may ( I was stuck in a rut ) and joined a new gym which from the advertising and info I have researched I believe will be a huge success
3) NAIL my eating habits
So thanks in advance for answering all my posts swiftly and in simple terms

and one day you may see me on a stage competing if the craving carries on drawing me in that's if I can use my zimmer frame as age as passed me by and at 38 it would take me years to achieve the standards of the athletes in your sport
