if this is correct, i can deal with it, if you have to be in it 100% 7 days to get results then it has to be done, i was just wondering if this was the case.
am i defeating all objects of my training if i party now and again on the weekend?
im not trying to train to be a bodybuilder or nothing, yes to improve and get stronger, fitter and healthier |
Yea you got to take what littleluke says with a pinch of salt sometimes.
In a way it is true, if your persuing the "pub lad" lifestyle then your not going to see great gains compaired to if you lived like a monk - honestly most people fall somewhere inbetween, moderate drinking and having some junk food isnt going to kill your progress. Its when its taken to excess that its a issue.
I know for myself I eat what I like, but then I like meat, pasta so its good. But I also like pancake stacks, cakes, icecream and liberal amounts of coke (the drink) sometimes I enjoy piging out of KFC, Chei McD double cheese burgers also get a look in sometimes.
