| Re: stubborn biceps I worked all year to improve my biceps as my tri's over powered them.
Focus more on the pump and lower weight. All curl exercises like standing alternate were done to 20 reps. Plus have about 6 different exercises biceps and i split them over 2 weeks (week 1 and week 2).
