| Re: Where do I begin once you receive book youll see that smoothys-home made are recommended for quick absorbtion of nutrients,i go to cheap freezer shop and get summer fruits or similar,add a natural yogurt,milk and protein powder and blend mmmmm, sometimes add oats post gym. the weight will go now the alcohols been reduced/dropped-im the big 4-0 in a few weeks so have been cutting back and doing more long walks and its working already,lost 6lb-plan is to get good photo with visible abs and good tone whilst on hol-to soften the blow(the male ego!) got one when i was 30 , so be good to in same/better shape 10yrs later (body at least) |
