| I am (scrawny vegan) runner who also wants to put on some bulk. I always take isotonic drink and/or carb gels on runs over one hour and eat / take protein when I get home. I am training for a marathon (doing it on Saturday) but I am still gaining weight (although this week I stayed the same - need to eat a bit more!!)
I weight train three times a week and eat lots!
Last year I did the Wilmslow Half-Marathon and there was a seriously big body-builder who was also running faster than me!
