| Re: M1T 4 years ago my mid morning/afternoon is generally a sandwich or flapjack or fruit, maybe a combo of 2. A typical sandwich will be wholemeal bread with tuna or egg salad usually. I eat peanut butter on ryvitas or rice cakes for snacks too but failed to mention it in my diet. As yet i am not supplementing fish oils but certainly considering it, suggestions please. I really feel i am beginning to develop a good diet and hope to replace any food with better food, my BF is not good and i wanna do more with my diet and training to aid this but my main focus now is to bulk during my rugby off season. |
