| Re: I'm so proud :D Thing is if your core is that unstable you need to fix it before you get injured your depending on the equipment to carry you in that lift - thats asking for a injury especialy when your useing a diffrent squat technique, the wider stance is good equiped but your putting a diffrent load on the hips, groin compared to a closer stance & your practiceing raw. It would be better to get your core stable and realy own the weight. Its good to go for broke sometimes but with a new stance & a weak core your asking for problems at some point. |
