| Beach body hi all had great advice from here at start if the year lost great deal of fat due to excelent advice,im happy with my progress just doin a basic routine and geting results.
wondered if i could jump of that routine for 6weeks pror to hols an work on kinda beach body muscles to improve them for then like biceps chest maybe bigger back what you think?
or should i get that idea out my head an stick to my usual wich is working so far,just thought a wee injection of those muscles would make me look better on beach . |
