She is trained by me. She days a 3 day split forced into 4 days so every week she does a certain area twice. She does cardio twice a day. 45-60 minutes in am...25 minutes pm.
Day1 Back, biceps
Day2 Chest, delts, tris
Day 3 Legs
This close to her show she does just high reps of 12 or more. In the offseason she has benched 265 and deadlifted 380. |
