You should really have a serious read up on things before you buy them. Creatine is reletavly harmless so I know theres not really much harm in just trying it. But the idea of putting something in your body, then asking what it doesn't really make much sense to me. Creatine helps water retention creating a better enviroment for muscle growth to occur. There are 2 types, creatine and creatine ethyl ester (CEE) Personally I wouldnt waste my money on normal creatine as CEE is masively more benificial ( but tastes like absilute ****e! )
Give it a few google searchs on both products and make your own mind up however. |
