| Sust for only 6 weeks? Hello all, I have been doing a massive amount of research on testosterone.
I am a newbie on this site and did dilly dally around with the idea of pro-ormones but ater following the 4_AD thread have come to the decision to go for the sust.
I weight 75kg, am 40 years old (old man I know!), have been training right for over a year, taking promax, creatine, multivits etc.
Ususally mix weights with cardio 3 times a week, but only do the cardio for about 30-45 mins to ensure I grow.
Need to spend more time training my legs I know, as I hear this helps averall gains on the whole body and of course looks more well-proportioned.
I was thinking of doing sust 250 once a week for a short course (or even 100mg twice a week), as still a bit nervous about the whole test thing. I know all about PCT with nolvadex and clomid etc.
The advice I need from you experienced guys is as follows.
1. Is 6 weeks of sust pointless? (With intensive training, good diet etc will I not see some benefit?
2. is the PCT necessary after this sort of short course. I know you guys will probably recommend 8-12 weeks of sust for which PCT is essential???
Thanks in advance, I have had very helpful feedback on my earlier post on 4-AD, hope that continues.
I also know beginners often take up space on this board and ask questions that they should already have researched up to the max.
I don't think these questions have been asked before so hopefully you experienced guys will be helping others apart from me.
