meal 2 - 200g turkey with broccoli
meal 3 - 200g turkey with broccoli
meal 4 - 200g turkey with broccoli
meal 5 - 200g turkey with broccoli
meal 6 - 200g turkey with broccoli
would it be beneficial to add in an extra protein based meal/shake to compensate for the lack of carbs? thanks |
