Re: Dealing With Allergies

I'm also lactose and gluten intollerant (I know this as both give me digestive issues and both store mid section fat, plus a host of other problems).

Carbs to go for:

Quinoa - the dogs bollox
rice
potato's - all varietys
Yams

As for milk go for raw milk if you can't get this add some Kefir grains as they eat the lacotse and leave you with the protein, fats and a probiotic mix thats great as a last snack.
