| Re: No laughing!! I preety much just play it day by day, I'll have a weekly one wrote out by the end of the wknd though.
My average day - (I work 5pm - 3am)
9am - Whey shake, oats , multivitamins.
11:30am - 4 Weetabix, 8 Egg whites, 2 yolks.
2pm (pre-workout) - Large baked potato, chicken breast, broccoli.
3:45pm (pwo) - Large baked potato, whey shake.
6:30pm - 4 rounds of Tuna sandwiches.
9pm - Usually a bolognese, or a beef dish at least.
12am - Banana, can of salmon etc
I like to get whey, eggs, beef, fish and chicken down me every day to vary my proteins.
I used to use a casein protein before bed, but prefer to let my stomach get a good rest. When I eventually hit the juice though, I'll bring this back.
My biggest problem is that, due to my circumstances, I only get 4.5 hours sleep a night... :(
