| abdominal results hey guys i know when toning ur abs/trying to get a six pack
you need to drink plenty of fluids, plenty of cardio work and diet is essential
but i am just wondering is it still ok to take protein shakes, as i assume they make you put on weight and it conceal the mid-section more.
is protein good to use or not when trying to achieve six pack abs?
