This being my first post on the forum, a quick introduction:

Been training fully for around 2 years now. Gained 1 1/2 stone. Used to be underweight & skinny, now starting to get a nice shape. A long way to go though.

Recently I've dropped a few pounds due to stomach upsets: Found out I'm allergic to Dairy & Wheat!!

That mean no milk or bread types.

Does anyone have any advise on what I can now use as bulk food?? Protein is fine, it's the Carbs I'm starting to suffer with.

All help welcome!!
How did you find out you are allergic and what reactions have told you so? I ask as almost anyone who goes and has those tests done will show intolerance to those products as we are not designed to consume them.

I am not saying the diagnosis is wrong but a lot of docs will just palm that excuse off just to get rid of you. They know when you go and have those tests you will be allergic to something to some degree or another.

Has stopping really solved your symptoms?

Cheers

Colin
