| Re: best time to take creatine I hav always made decent progress on a 4 scoops as a loading phase then a 2 scoop maintenance.
I add glutamine to it pre and post workout.
the only problems I had was when I started taking it. I was mixing it with warm fruit juice and I had acute kidney pain and my wee was bright green...bit of a wake up first thing in the morning...lol I just take it with warm water now and no problems at all.
I take Creatine Monohydrate and have never had headaches etc. |
