Well 5 x 5 is strength training so you are right in using the heaviest you can. Although i find it hard that you can go full strength by having so many exercises.

General strength training consists of strength training.
Something like this in a push, pull and legs split

Bench Press, DB or BB shoulder press, Close grip bench

Deadlift, Form of Row, Chinups

squats, stiff leg deadlift, calf raises
