It's not just about scent..
To pick one example..
When women are selecting a mate they look for visual indicators of health.
A guy that looks after his skin is going to look more healthy than a guy that does not - therefore increasing his desirability from a potential females point of view.
I think it's massively ironic that someone will spend £100's per month on supplements that maybe add a couple of grams of lean tissue purely in the name of vanity yet they wont spend £2 on some tweezers to lose the mono-brow.
