Ive dumped the yogurt. Will be purchasing live organic plain full fat yogarts tonight.
After my late afternoon workout il have a whey protein shake.
And il make sure i have the cottage cheese 2 hours before bed.
Couple of Q's
*how much cottage cheese should i eat at night? i had approx 100g last night. - sounds fine
*am i ok to mix a little milk into the water for the whey protein so it doesnt taste so bad? sure no probs with either
*coming up to 48 hours after my first squats session, i can hardly walk! is this nomal? - yes it stops happening after a while... I even miss it
