thanks slam for the help i dont want to eat anything but i will try my best to have it and keep it in.
went out yesterday in the evening for a walk with my son in his pushchair, got the cold then soar throat and lost my voice,bad nasty cough.i gargled with salty warm water but felt more sick.

but anyway thanks.
