I do totally agree with you though about you needing more protein post and getting better results from that, Its speculation on my part as I don't know any one as developed as you thats tried this protocol.

I've just had a look at cnp pro recover and it does contain hwp, but also contains whey isolate. I would think the isolate would slow down the di and tri peptide fractions of the hwp, also it doesn't specify what the degree of hydrolysis is or the fraction of the 2.

The best / closest very good all in one pwo shake would be T-nations / biotest's Serge.

Have you considered bying some bulk hwp of my protein?? You can get a 100g bag for 2£ maybe try it for a few weeks?

It's not perfect but the best out there, cost must of limited it. I don't like any glucose PWO as it iritates my stomach. Have MP change the % on their HWP? Top posting and experimenting mate, this kind of mix is the future of PWO supps.
