| Re: Cut/Bulk? Is it necessary? why dont you clean bulk?? i find it very confusing why guys seem to think you need to eat so much crap that you will gain a massive amount of fat only to strip it off later....
if you slowly increase the calories from clean foods over weeks so your body can handle the higher influx you will gain size, yes it takes time but no one said it would be easy.
dont try and gain X amount of pounds in a matter of weeks give yourself 6-12 months and make your goals acheivable building muscle is hard even with steroids doing it naturally is even hader but there is no reason to get fat whilst you do it....
