| Re: 4 days weight training No idea, ive never researched etc and have little knowledge on them.
From what i have been told power cleans, hang cleans and one more.
I am not going to over do it, one of my mates who plays rugby for wigan rugby academy does 4 sets of 10 reps and has improved strength on it.
Ill know when im over doing it and by sticking to 3,4 or 5 movements on a training day ill be fine i think.
