| Re: relaxing at weekends Total Crap. You will see changes and improvements if your diet was poor and your training routine was poor. The body has to adapt to the strain its put under. If you want to see good gains and in the shortest period of time its best to get a good diet and training routine set up.
Eat healthy monday - friday and have the weekend off, just make sure u get the calories needed.
Train 3times a week with lots of compounds and keep increasing the weight regularly.
