| relaxing at weekends hey guys i was told, it is utterly useless and no pint training at all, if i was going to have a few beers and a slight bit of junk food on the weekend.
i was told their was no point taking supplements or eating healthy at all, i dont trust the guy 100% but he seemed to know what he was talking about
if this is correct, i can deal with it, if you have to be in it 100% 7 days to get results then it has to be done, i was just wondering if this was the case.
am i defeating all objects of my training if i party now and again on the weekend?
