It needs work, maybe more fruit? and to add whey protein? Maybe some seeds/nuts? While your loosing the extra baggage it's best not to eat anything at all for at least 2 hours before bed, so while cottage cheese is great do it two hours before, this will give you plenty of fat burning growth hormone release though out the night. |
