To cut a long story short, I've
got to get fit so I'm doing cardio every day apart from weekends (either running for 1/2 hour or swiming for an hour).
I'm still doing weights 3 times per week as usual, but is this cardio going to stop me building muscle or will it just slow it down? To be honest I think I look smaller/thinner now after doing it for a few weeks and I definitely weigh less, but I'm hoping that's just down to me losing fat rather than wasting away.
There are quite a few blokes where I train who are well built but also really lean and pretty fit judging by what I've seen them doing on the treadmill, so it must be possible to have both a good physique and good fitness, but I'm still worried that I'm going to end up looking like a scrawny distance runner
