| Re: one year on I train back with triceps start with lat pull downs between 3 & 4 sets , 8 to 10 rep’s Next is bent over row’s again 3 & 4 sets , 8 to 10 rep’s after that I do low cable row’s 3 set’s 10 reps and finish with Dumbbell rows 3 set’s 8 to 10 reps give it a go :lift: |
