| Re: BULKING help??? I read for protein it's [1.5 x body weight]. If you wanted to stay at 210lbs(15 stones) it would be 315 grams of protein. If you want to bulk to say 252lbs[18stones] then (1.5 x 252) it would be 378 grams of protein.
