what are your goals? I.E lose weight, gain muscle, drop bodyfat etc etc etc.
Looks pretty good though, if I was going to be really picky I would say that your protein levels are a little low, could increase eggs from 3 whole eggs to 3 whole eggs mixed with an additional 3 egg whites, and maybe add 50g of oats to your bedtime protein shake, other than that, looks pretty good and well rounded.
