| Re: growth hormone Well, you are 43 and I notice that HGH seems to work better for the older chaps like myself (48).
I love the stuff personally, I doubt you can do 8iu's myself, I get terrible stiff joints on half that, depending on the brand I have to cut down to just 2iu.
I am on 2iu right now and I shoot that first thing in the morning for cortisol supression as I dont eat right when I get up.
Soft tissue?
Yah, been having a problem with my knee and it is healing up really nicely.
I am on the hygetropin stuff right now and I like that stuff.
Soft tissue damage might be better if you shoot at night.
Might want to also consider some melatonin for sleep, that stuff is killer too and you produce less of this sleep hormone when you age just like all hormones.
DHEA small doses along with zinc will be helpfull for you too.
I do know guys that use GH PWO with good use but I cant carry that stuff around with me to work, hell they would fire me if I had a needle....lol
One drawback of HGH is over prolonged periods of daily use one tends to become less insulin sensitive. This isnt a good thing, you can combat that some by either taking in fish oils that aid in insulin resistance, or do an EOD or Every workout dosing protocols.
