i seem to have plateaued over the last year and i dont really want to increase my steroid doses any more. also ive heard its good for lowering bodyfat levels and possibly helping with soft tissue damage so there are a few reasons im willing to try it given the cost involved. ive been told to take 8 iu / day on traing days only which seems a bit odd as you wouldnt take a steroid on training days only. i would have assumed the idea would be to increase gh levels and keep them there not have them yo yo-ing but i need some advice
