in response to all the crappy gains you lot are making.

i have read and researched, and it all depends on how many of these 'receptor' sites you have which explains how much you gain, the gear SPEEDS these receptors up. you cannot change the amount, thats why some gain and some dont.
maybe i have more receptors?

Why question to you is why you beleive you can gain 12lbs of muscle in 4 weeks. Sorry you answered that when you said you were Naive...

Instead of provocing an argument with Gavin (WeeG) why not listen to what the man has to say and perhaps learn something from him...?

At best you may gain 4lbs of muscle on a 4 week course - note these would not be linear gains. Anything else will be Glycogen supercompensation, water retention and a possible increase in Hematocrit.

I still continually fail to see why people beleive the 14lbs they gained on a 12 week cycle they beleive to be muscle, and wonder why they only keep ~50% to ~70% of the weight gain.:crazy:

DrHIT since you lasted posted in January about your expertise based on your newbie gains you don't appear to have done much training. You had 6months training under your belt in January, and 7months training under your belt now it is May.... Curious non...?
