18 years old?
yes
FFS 20-30kg gain on what lift / lifts? every single lift, namely the compounds.
Training is....? HIT. i train as if my life depends on it.
Strength gains last 6 months? my gains NATURALLY and going up 2.5kg in POWER each week.
i.e shoulder press 90kg for 3 this week. next week is 92.5kg for 3.
Last year? Two years ? (Assuming you have even trained for a year consistently....) no. ive trained for 7 months.
Gain 5lb LBM pcm natural is 60lbs in a year, if this is truly your current rate of CONSISTENT gain then you are a mutant. its been 22.5lbs in the last 6 months.
in april it was a 5lbs increase, which is 22.5+5 my total gains god knows if i am mutant, but i eat a **** load of carbs, drink **** loads of water, and my calorie surplus is about 500 daily.
If on the other hand you started training less than 6 months ago and are actually gain 2-3 of LBM and 2-3 fat pcm then wtf are you thinking of doing a course for? To "score" at University? To be stronger for sport? Better hope it's a non tested non WADA affiliated sport then !!! a course? to speed **** up.
i score anyway.
i do play cricket at county level and it would be nice to boost my speed by 5mph-10mph by taking a dam chemical.
its non tested !!!
an 18 year old bowling at 90mph is ****ing JESUS CHRIST!!
Anyway, rant over. You are 18, and apparently gaining a huge amount of muscle drug free...just wait.
im researching big time on whether its cool for me at 18. people in USA do it in a much more foolhardy way compared to me, i reckon i'll be fine with my genetics(being arrogant again) | |
