Id take it with GH, you will see some site specific growth and a lot of glycogen retention, if taken 10/10 3 x per week then expect a good few punds of extra weight.
If your going to take it alone then keep your diet VERY clean for a good few hours after taking it, the benfits of taking it with GH are tenfold IMO over slin alone.
Use 60g protein and 100g of cornflour/dextrose immediately after training, then try and take in another clean pro/carb meal 1-1 1/2 hr after that.
