| analyse my diet????? Um basically i would like someone with experience of dieting to point me in the right direction. This is the first time in my life that i have followed a diet and would like to know if i am in the right direction
MY DAILY DIET
* 9am ... scrambled eggs and toast (3 eggs used and 2 pieces of bread) * 10 am protein shake
* 12pm - pasta and tuna
** training** (1 hour) with post workout protein shake
* 3:30pm - 2 chicken fillets and pasta
* 6:30pm - jacket potato, tuna and mayonaise
* 9:30 pm - omelette (3 eggs used) or scrambled eggs and toast
**sleep** protein shake taken before going to bed
** i drink around 4 - 4 1/2 litres of water a day and drink 1-2 cups of milk also
** I drink a pint of water before i go to bed also as i was told your body requires the extra water and will be less dehydrated (makes sense tbh)
This is my regular daily diet, however the 3:30 meal alters on a saturday where i have a "cheat" day and am allowed one meal.. where i usually have fish and chips from the chippy.
the times of my meals alter but i aim to upkeep the times as precisely as possible.
It is also important to note when giving me advice on my diet that i am a student and am financially restricted so buying luxrious meats e.g. steaks is usually a no no on my way to tesco (4 tins of tuna for 1.90 in tesco, cant go wrong!!!)..
