My planned diet-
8.30 Breakfast - Cereal with semi skimmed milk
10.00 Banana
12.00 Lunch - Meat and salad sandwhich and low fat yogurt
15.00 Apple
18.30 Dinner - Meat, potato and veg
22.00 Tin of tuna
Drinking 4 litres of water per day

It needs work, maybe more fruit? and to add whey protein? Maybe some seeds/nuts?
