And I also gave up smoking 7 weeks ago, So im more than ever focused on training. Im training 4 days per week. Monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.

But my question is about diet.

My goals are to compete someday. Im 25 years old. And goal is to compete at a show in Northen Ireland. Within the next few years. Hopefully 2010 show if possible.

So here is my general diet for muscle size.

meal 1 : Oatmeal ( porridge made with skimmed milk ) 4 scrambled egg whits with 2 yolks. One Drink of Whey protein Isolate when a fist wake up and Also a serving of Creatine mix ( cell tech type product )

meal 2 : Serving of pasta with 1 can of tuna.

meal 3 : pasta and tuna again

meal 4 : rice and chicken (8 - 10 0z breast )

meal 5 : 8 - 10oz of chicken breast with rice or pasta.

Meal 6 : tuna or chicken with some vegetables.

In between my meals, I drink whey protein drinks.
I also take amino acid tablets and glutamine.

I read so much info about nutrition and i really get confused. I do get gains from what I eat, but I wonder if could make my diet alot better and push my body even further just via diet.

Im 6ft 2 and 19 stone. In my avatar i was 16 and half stone, its from way last year.

I do hope to compete in 2 or 3 years time, Hoping god blessed me with genetics for it lol. So any help would be great.
One word mate, Fats.
You need to increase your fat intake.
I'm talking good fats obviously.
Check the diet sections out.
Oh and get some lean red meat in there.
