| Re: Progress pics of an 18yo Ok well maybe so... Bulking doesn't mean getting fat. Why on earth would you set yourself a max bodyfat target which is progressive? You should be looking at regulating bodyfat levels but it's your body and you can do as you wish. I certainly won't be climbing above 12%.. Not only do I believe in keeping levels down but I like to look good.. With summer coming up and Holidays round the courner I'd much rather be lean and muscular. |
