9.30 - Tuna Roll
12.30 - Chicken or Ham Salad Sandwiches, Banana and a Protein Bar
15.00 - Maximuscle Cyclone/Usn Pure Protein Shake Mix
18.00 - Tea could be anything from sausage/new potatoes/cabbage to pizza !
21.00 - eithor 2 x wheetabix and milk , Bowl of special K and milk or , 2 x bananas and custard

My advice would be to do some research in the relevant sections.
IE: hackski's sticky on PCT.
Diet section is a must too, with respect your diet is very poor and lacking, even a 10st natty trainer couldn't grow muscle on that diet.
Also read the dbol threads, IMO tapering is also a waste, pick a sensible dose and stick to ED for 6wks.
