sorry for sourcing, i thought it was ok as long as you asked for pms not links to sites.... my mistake !

could you give me some advice on how much clomid i should take?

my training regime is mon / tuesday - Full weights workout, Wednesday is CV workout , Thursday / Friday - Full weights workout.

Monday - Biceps/Back
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - CV
Thursday - Shoulders/Abs
Friday - Chest/Triceps
Sat - Rest
SundAY - Rest

IM Eating 6 meals a day and i train in the morning.

Breakfast 6.30
Gym 7-8
8.15 - Maximuscle Cyclone Shake (after gym)
9.30 - Tuna Roll
12.30 - Chicken or Ham Salad Sandwiches, Banana and a Protein Bar
15.00 - Maximuscle Cyclone/Usn Pure Protein Shake Mix
18.00 - Tea could be anything from sausage/new potatoes/cabbage to pizza !
21.00 - eithor 2 x wheetabix and milk , Bowl of special K and milk or , 2 x bananas and custard
