i would only do chins,dips ,press ups as thats what youll be doing in basic training,the basic fitness is crap nowadays so if you got a headstart over the usual couch potato playstation generation your n.c.os will have a bit respect for you,especially if you help others on runs etc whentheyre whinging as they will be |
