| Stomach prob Hi
Jsut wondering if anyone had this problem.
If I eat within 2-3 hours of starting cardio I get terrible stomach pain and literally soon after that an urge to use the loo.!!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions, I am a beginner to BB but have always had this problem when participating in other sports too so have just avoided eating within about 3 hours of cardio.. I understand a pre training meal is essential for BB - how can I combat this?? I don't have the same problem when lifting, just cardio. |
