Re: Cut/Bulk? Is it necessary?

how heavy are you though?

The guys who ask the questions about why bulking is nessary are usualy sub 200lbs..

Some people say that you can add good mass without getting fat, however they are usualy going to be keyboard warriors or non-heavyweights.

Ask a heavyweight how he gets to compete at 100kg+ on stage and 9 times out of 10 he will gain a extensive amount of extra weight in the off seasion.

If you intend to be a bicep/chest boy or a mens health type body then no its not nessary or hit the stage at sub 80kg then sure go for the lean bulker idea but look at how the pros do it, theres a reasion why they do preps of 22-18 weeks thats a lot of weight to lose.

Why change somthing that works? its like saying "No I want square wheels man, I dont like round ones it cramps my style.."

and to address why people are walking or "waddling" around the gym most of the time, maby they dont care what they look like except on contest day when it counts? sure everyone would like to look ripped and swole for the girls/boys but I for one would rather bring somthing freaky on the day it counted rather than being meh year round myself - I have nothing to prove to the people in the supermarket/gym/bus stop/club.

But then peoples objectives are diffrent.
